How payment works.
Pricing is posted clearly on every washer and dryer in both stores. Because we run a card-based system instead of coin-op, you only pay for the cycle you start — no rounding up to the nearest quarter.
We take whatever you have on you.
Our kiosks accept cash, EBT, debit and credit cards, plus contactless phone tap pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay).
- Cash
Bills go straight into the kiosk — no minimum, no card needed at all.
- EBT
We accept EBT at the kiosk to load value onto your laundry card.
- Debit & credit
Tap, swipe, or insert any major debit or credit card.
- Phone tap (Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay)
Hold your phone or smart watch to the kiosk reader and you're done.
Loading your card
Walk up to the touch-screen kiosk near the entrance and load any amount onto a 123 Laundry card. The kiosk issues you a card on the spot.
Cards never expire. Whatever you don't use stays on the card for your next visit.
Reloading
Reload at any kiosk in either store — it's the same card you check your balance with.
No hidden fees
The price posted on the machine is what you pay. No add-ons, no surcharges, no quarters needed, no apps required.
