The story
How we got here.
Established in 2024, 123 Laundry takes pride in being small business owners. With strong ties to the area and experiences from traveling across the great USA, we've encountered a variety of laundromats — some commendable and others we fondly refer to as ‘zombie-mats.’
123 Laundry is designed to be a clean, safe, and modern space. Having been laundromat customers ourselves, we strive to provide excellent customer service.
123 Laundry has been crafted with our favorite elements from the many laundromats we've visited, and we promise many more great surprises to come.

Our flagship store sits in the historic Fackenthall building in downtown Deer Park — a 1950s tire shop that the owners reclaimed and rebuilt into the cleanest laundromat in town. Across the street from the Deer Park Post Office.

Open daily, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Our second location opened December 2025 on Pines Road — extra-large washers, 100% soft water throughout the building, and the same modern, family-friendly setup our Deer Park customers have loved since day one.
